Columbus coffee roasters opening new space in historic West Side building
Roosevelt Coffee Roasters–the coffee roasting component of Roosevelt Coffee House–has relocated to a new Hilltop space with historic roots.
The building at 2374 W. Board St. on the city’s West Side will be the coffee roasters’ new home. The business teased that additional activity may be on the way as well.
“Other incredible things will be happening in this building. We hope you enjoy what we post as we progress toward a finished product,” a statement posted to Roosevelt Coffee Roaster’s Instagram account reads.

The building, occupying the corner of W. Broad Street and N. Wayne Avenue, has served a variety of functions since its construction in the early 1900s, including a stint as an Ohio National Bank branch.
And in that time, the Hilltop space saw its fair share of activity. Roosevelt Coffee Roasters shared a photograph of former President John F. Kennedy on the campaign trail in Columbus, rolling past the former Ohio National Bank location.
