New butcher shop, marketplace opening next month in former Carfagna’s Meat Market space
A new butcher shop is opening soon inside the building that formerly housed Carfagna’s Meat Market.
The new tenant, Toro Meat Market, will hold its official grand opening on May 1 at 1 p.m.
The market is located at 1405 E. Dublin Granville Rd. near Northland Mall.

The event will be highlighted by a variety of food, music and giveaways, and will offer discounts on multiple cuts of meat throughout the day as well.
Toro Meat Market purchased the longtime Carfagna’s location in early February for $1.1 million. The new storefront will feature a full-service butcher shop like its predecessor, in addition to gourmet cheese and produce.
The new marketplace will be open from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m., seven days a week.
