One of the many construction project is nearing completion on OSU’s campus, and the Norwich Flats student housing should be ready to open in the fall to students, and the population of orange cones might actually come down in the area. Starting with 156 open beds, the complex now only has six or seven available to students. According to Columbus Business First, the project cost more than $10 million and was completed by Edwards Communities Development Co. who are putting the finishing touches before students flood the sidewalks of campus later this month.
