Coffee house to open in Hilliard

A new coffee house opening early next month at 4485 Cemetery Rd. in Hilliard will have a variety of eats for different types of dietary restrictions. 

“It’s very difficult to grab and go when you’re following a dietary plan, and we’re trying to help with that,” said owner Brooke Mosser.

Mosser said her bakery will feature items for those on the keto diet, as well as gluten-free and vegan options. The bakery will also include items with enriched flours for those not on diets or without dietary restrictions. 

“We’ll have a little bit of everything,” she said. 

Mosser said her own diet was an inspiration for how she’d run her bakery. 

“It just inspired me to try to cater to any type of diet plans,” she said. 

Hours will be 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
