Budd Dairy represents first Ohio brick-and-mortar location for Cousins Maine
There’s something exciting about tracking down a food truck—you’re kind of hunting down your dinner.
But fans of Cousins Maine Lobster now have another option. Starting today, April 6, they can either get their lobster fix at the Columbus food truck or chow down at Budd Dairy Food Hall.
The newly opened Cameron Mitchell Restaurants concept at 1086 N. Fourth St. features several different vendors in addition to Cousins Maine.

Columbus franchise owner Kathy Nuss (who manages the Cousins Maine food truck here and now the Budd Dairy location) said that when CMR reached out to her about locating in Budd Dairy Food Hall, she was excited.
“This is truly a one-of-a-kind location,” she said.
Cousins Maine has 40 food trucks and 11 restaurants in 27 U.S. cities, said founder Sabin Lomac, and Budd Dairy is the only brick-and-mortar location for Cousins Maine in Ohio.
“We’re really excited to be there,” he said.
Nuss said the new Columbus spot will feature three new menu options: The Lobster BLT, the Maine Harvest Salad, and Chowder Tots, featuring New England clam chowder with cheese and bacon.
But fans of the food truck should be reassured: Nuss plans to continue getting out and about in Columbus-area communities.
“That food truck is going to keep rolling around town for sure,” she said.
