What happens when you combine ice cream with Vietnamese Coffee? Pure bliss, Columbus.

6-1-Pho and CRMD have teamed up on a sweet project. Beginning Aug. 6, patrons of 6-1-Pho will be able to get special Viet Coffee ice cream in scoops or with iced coffee as a float. And for a vegan option, patrons can order a vegan double chocolate ice cream either on its own or in a newly launched vegan iced coffee.

“As you an imagine, summer time is our slow time (hot soup), so I thought this collab would help bring people in,” Owner Lisa Bui said.

The special collab will be available throughout the month of August.
