What we know about a new concept coming to Bridge Park

Rise Brands is expanding its presence in Dublin’s Bridge Park.

In addition to 16-Bit Bar+Arcade and Pins Mechanical Co., the brand is looking to open Weenie Wonder in the bustling development.

According to the city of Dublin’s website, Weenie Wonder is planned for 6562 Longshore St. Submitted documents show the restaurant would feature a milkshake bar, as well as counter seating, dining space, and an exterior patio. The space would be separated from 16-Bit with a barrier, and the patio would connect with the Pins patio.

We reached out to Rise Brands for comment, and while they expressed excitement about the project, they declined to comment for now, citing the early stage of the development.
