BBQ catering business opening brick & mortar in recently shuttered pizza shop

While you won’t be able to order a large pepperoni pizza from the Zuko’s Pizza in Hilliard anymore, you’ll soon be able to snag some pulled pork and brisket sandwiches.

Smoked Lick BBQ, a new catering company, is already ready to join the brick & mortar world. Kara Snyder, the executive manager, told 614Now that they’ll be opening at 4333 Cosgray Rd. in Hilliard hopefully sometime in the next three weeks, depending on city inspections and permits.

The BBQ spot will serve Southern BBQ favorites: BBQ sandwiches and brisket using all fresh, lean, USDA choice meats, plus sides like baked beans, cornbread, biscuits, coleslaw, greens, and much more. You’ll have to see for yourself!
