Florida-based rapper murdered in Victorian Village as suspect tried to steal his chain

As Daily Mail reports and police confirm, a Florida-based rapper most known for going viral for his own version of the song “Baby Shark” was shot and killed last weekend in Columbus.

Viral rapper Michael Robinson, AKA Ralan Styles, 22, was shot multiple times at a Victorian Village home in the early hours on Saturday morning. A woman reported a shooting around 5 a.m., and police responded to the 300 block of West 3rd Avenue. There, they found Robinson suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses said the alleged killer, Mahamood Hassan, tried to steal Robinson’s neck chain, then shot him and fled the scene. Hassan was arrested blocks away from the scene after witnesses gave police a detailed description of the shooter.

Hassan was charged with murder on Saturday. Today, Hassan was arraigned in Franklin County Municipal Court with a $2 million bond. He has three previous arrests for trespassing and stealing.
