Tee Jaye’s returning to Clintonville with new location set to open this month

Tee Jaye’s Country Place is coming home.

The iconic eatery—with an arguably even more iconic sign—closed its longstanding Clintonville location after nearly 30 years last year, but the popular Columbus chain for breakfast and more found a new home only several blocks away from its old location.

The new Tee Jaye’s Country Place is located at 4560 N. High St. Tee Jaye’s was previously located at 4910 N. High St. It will hold its official grand opening on March 21.

“We are so excited to open a new location. Can’t wait to welcome the folks in Clintonville and beyond back,” a statement from Tee Jaye’s posted to its social media accounts read.

While the new eatery will lack the historic marquee signage of its original Clintonville location, it will featured a polished, upgraded interior and aesthetic.

Tee Jaye’s Country place, which first opened in 1970, will operate nine total locations when the new Clintonville restaurant opens. All of them except one, located in Zanesville, are in Central Ohio.
