Where can you find a fire pit and outstanding views of downtown Columbus?

That would be Lumin Sky Bar & Kitchen, the recently opened bar on the 8th floor of the AC Hotel Columbus Downtown at 517 Park St. The new spot boasts a European and Spanish-inspired menu and a private dining room with floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

“The AC brand designs its properties to be a communal space by day and a lively social hub by night,” said Area General Manager Lisa Garner.

Lumin has a chill vibe and colorful and modern decor with lounge seating perfect for a date, a post-work cocktail, or a girls night out, Garner said.

Because AC’s founder and president is from Spain, the bar’s small plates are European and Spanish-inspired, featuring locally sourced ingredients (including herbs from the restaurant’s rooftop garden). There’s items like the Meatballs Catalonia and Patatas Bravas, as well as the Lumin Burger and Strawberry Shortcake. The eatery also features a robust cocktail menu.
