Urban Asian cuisine ghost kitchen opens today

Ninja City, a ghost kitchen edition of the Cleveland restaurant of the same name, is now open for business at CloudKitchens, 1282 Essex Ave.

Co-owners Bac Nguyen and Dylan Fallon will offer a streamlined menu for the Columbus spot, focusing on handheld items, small bites, apps, and a variety of bao.

The ghost kitchen will provide delivery throughout Columbus and most surrounding suburbs from 4 p.m. to midnight daily.

Depending on how the ghost kitchen here fares, Nguyen said he could see Ninja City in the future establishing more of a Columbus presence, whether with more ghost kitchens, small walk-up store fronts, or full-blown restaurants.
